Jamal, a Black hustler, and his punk friend Jimmy fall asleep in front of the TV and share a dream in which they become the proprietors of an outrageous callgirl service called New Wave Hookers, Inc. In this dream, they use the hottest new wave music to excite their girls, who then become sexperts in a madcap world where their secret desires are mercilessly unleashed. The New Wave Hookers set the town ablaze in a flesh-fest of unprecedented proportions. A sex scene midway through the film features Traci Lords as the Devil and Rick Cassidy as an angel.
